The program is conducted by the Image Sciences Institute (ISI). ISI focuses on both fundamental and applied research in medical image processing and acquisition. ISI participates in the graduate school ImagO and is the hosting institute for BIS, the Master of Science program in Biomedical Image Sciences of the University of Utrecht. The Graduate School for Biomedical Image Sciences (ImagO) performs high-level fundamental and applied research in the area of biomedical image sciences.
