The department is involved in teaching Immunology to medical students and medical biologists. In both studies immunology is taught integrated with microbiology and infectious diseases. Starting the forthcoming academic year the bachelor/master system is introduced at Utrecht University. The master's programme Infection and Immunity is one of twelve possible choices within the
Utrecht Graduate School of Life Sciences.
