1. The project PTS is implemented under final responsibility of the GHOR management and the Trauma centre UMC Utrecht.
2. The province Utrecht has a supervision function and is reported about starting points and progress.
3. Decisions about the progress of the project and the availability of capacity are taken by the management group PTS. In the Management Group are:
- Substitute RGF of the GHOR Agency Utrecht on the subject of the Casualty Consolidation Module (CCM-Module) UTIS, the barcode injury card, and the user interfaces for the GHOR Agency and the connection command vehicle;
- Octaaf Advice Group on the subject of I-RIS, the managerial and municipal component;
- Technical manager on behalf of executive consortium;
- Manager Particular tasks Trauma centre Utrecht on the subject of UTIS;
- Director RAVU on the subject of protection chain care;
- The management Group PTS has an indepentend technical chairman as a representative of the board of the province Utrecht.
4. The daily management over the realization of several connections, the implementation of new (barcode) functionality in the above mentioned information systems, the use of the CCM, and the unrolling of the user interfaces for the RGF and the connection command vehicle lies with the above mentioned actors. These actors are and remain autonomous on their own policy and obvious distinguished responsibilities. They indicate to collaborate in the present project plan on main lines and starting points by adjusting the involved information systems and to connect and to demonstrate the GHOR chain is able to function better and via the GHOR Agency personal data may be supplied digitally and automatically.
5. The Dutch Red Cross and the Octaaf Advice Group are collaborating regarding the sale and implementation of I-RIS.
6. The web applications and databases of the I-RIS and the UTIS are designed and developed by the consortium Key2Care in which participate the companies Crossing Channels BV Maarsen, InSumma in Raamsdonkveer and DigiNotar BV in Beverwijk.
7. Several sell parts (Cisco, KPN, Getronics) granted co-operation to a GHOR excercise which was held at 3 november 2004 where the PTS was tested on practical use. Mentioned parts realized a reliable and secured extranet during the excercise. With proved usefulness of the applications the mentioned parts will probably propose a nationwide secure infrastructure for the PTS.
8. The Multi Team network is managed by Fire Department Region Utrechts Land (BRUL).
9. The Management Group PTS informed the Advice Committee ICT and disaster prevention (ACIR) of their activities and will inform the ACIR about the progress of the project via the official representative of the province Utrecht.
10. The official representative of the province Utrechtt will receive a detailed report of the GHOR excercise "accident airport Soesterberg 03-11-2004".
