The project result is: an operational totality of connection mechanism between I-RIS/UTIS/PBRS. Hereby the Multi Team network functions in the province Utrecht as a carrier in future. The so arised National Patient Tracking System enables operational services, the authority and the hospitals, each within their own requirements and authorization, to obtain data about the number, the destination (including translocations and identity) and the gradation of seriousness of victims in case of a disaster or a mass casualty incident. The designing and exercising with a new barcode injury card belongs to the project result.
