The International Forum for Quality and Safety in Health Care 2008, in Paris, was the largest to date with over 2200 delegates from over 60 countries.
Together with Harry Molendijk of the Isala Clinics, Cor Kalkman and Ian Leistikow gave a half-day minicourse entitled "Setting up a hospital-wide patient safety program" on Thursday the 24th of April.

During this session we asked the participants to share with each other the titles of books that had inspired them in their patient safety effort. Via the link at the left side of the page you can read the titles they recommended.
