Mission and motto
It is not our goal to make health care 100% safe, but it is our responsability to make it as safe as possible. The best way to achieve this is by proactively working on making high-risk processes safer, and by actively learning from each adverse event. In summary: the mission of our Patient Safety Program is to create an enviroment in which learning from, and effectively reacting to, mistakes and adverse events comes naturally to all who work here. "We learn from our mistakes, naturally" is the motto.
