Fellowships

Talented junior scientists are often confronted with limited funding (~3 years) and hence a relatively short period of time to strengthen their CV. To allow this group -be it already employed at the UMC Utrecht or from elsewhere- more time to build their own research line and prepare them optimally for the next funding step, the Division of Neuroscience awards one to two Rudolf Magnus Young Talent Fellowships annually in competition.

The Rudolf Magnus Young Talent Fellowships provide the recipient with the equivalent of 2 years of salary and 100 kE to be spent on research as the recipient sees fit. The deadline for application each year is October 1.
