Organization

The research of the Rudolf Magnus Institute focuses primarily on four themes, which share common research approaches. Selection was based on: 1) the existence of large, well-documented patient cohorts; and 2) outstanding research performed at an internationally competitive level.

The themes are: 

Neurodevelopmental Disorders 
Psychotic Disorders 
Neuromuscular Disorders 
Stroke

These themes share the following research angles: 

Structural and Functional Connectivity 
Genetic and Environmental Risk Factors 
Translational Research 
From Research to Care
