Title research
Building Blocks, genotype-phenotype correlations in a large population sample from Leidsche Rijn; CSF monoamine concentrations, genotypes and behavioral assessments in a sample of healthy young men.
Summary research The Building Blocks project aims to assess behavioral, neurocognitive and possibly MRI phenotypes in individuals with genotypes that have been implicated in psychiatric disorders. Subjects will be selected from the Leidsche Rijn sample based on their genotype: we will make a phenotypic comparison between subjects with the allele associated with psychiatric illness and the wild-type allele.
The CSF projects aims to correlate CSF monoamine concentrations with genotypes in a sample of healthy young men. In addition, we will do behavioral assessments using online questionnaires and short standardized interviews.
