New insights into graft-versus-host disease and graft-versus-leukaemia

Aim of this thesis:
1) To study the correlation between GVHD and either GVL or toxicity in patients receiving (partially T-cell depleted) allogeneic stem cells transplantation (chapter 2, 3, 4 and 5).
2) Try to find new targets for GVHD and GVL (chapter 4).
3) To gain more insight in the role of fibrosis in cutaneous GVHD (chapter 6 and 7).
