Going abroad can be expensive. However, there are a variety of ways to finance your studies. Searching funding opportunities for your internship / study period abroad can be worth the effort. There are various external organizations that offer funding for students going abroad, often with a strong relation to a certain field of studies. Usually there are strict requirements concerning the period of your stay abroad, the type of internship / study abroad, your field of studies and / or the country where you are going. Therefore we advise you to take some time to explore the funding opportunities that suit your plans and to prepare your application. Be realisitic about the chances for funding, you are required to put a fair of amount of effort and time into the application, but then there is a reasonable chance you will receive a grant.
