As the senior technician, Cornelieke is involved in the daily running and management of the Molecular Immunology Lab, as well as that of the Department of Immunology. Her research focuses on developing and implementing novel techniques for use within the three MIL research programs. Currently this involves running both genomics/microarray- as well as proteomics-based projects. Current research focuses on (i) the development of a novel peptide microarray system for screening of leukemia samples, (ii) the identification and characterisation of novel genes regulated by the PI3K-PKB-FOXO signalling module, and (iii) identification of global cytokine-specific phosphorylation events.
