Short description
Research is presently focussed on heart transplantation (cardiac allograft vasculopathy in humans) and reverse remodelling of the myocardium after mechanical support by left ventricular assist devices. Chimerism analysis after bone marrow transplantation by short tandem repeats is a second focus of research.
