The Department of Radiotherapy is part of the Imaging Division of the UMC Utrecht.
The main research line of the department is image based radiotherapy (IBRT). A strong tradition exists in the fields of brachytherapy and the thermal research on radiofrequency exposure.
The department is a major participant in the graduate school Biomedical Image Sciences (ImagO) and part of the main research line Imaging Sciences of the University Medical Centre Utrecht.
