S.Crijns[at]umcutrecht.nlSjoerd Crijns graduated in Biomedical Engineering at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in 2008. His thesis work was carried out in the Biomodeling and Bioinformatics group and centered on the topic of meso-scale molecular modeling of amphiphilic polymers in acqueous solutions. Since October 2008 he is a PhD student at the Radiotherapy Department of the UMC Utrecht, where he is working on the integration of an MR scanner and a linear accelerator. His main topics here are fast imaging sequences and geometrical accuracy of MR images.
