Since 2006 she has been working at the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University Medical Center Utrecht. Her research field involves the IMRT treatment of prostate cancer. This includes the evaluation of the clinical results of the current treatment and exploring the possibilities for further dose escalation. In 2008 she started the postgraduate Master of Science in Epidemiology at the Utrecht Graduate School of Life Sciences. Since 2009 she is a resident in Radiation Oncology at the University Medical Center Utrecht and is currently working at the Radiotherapeutisch Instituut Stedendriehoek en Omstreken (RISO) at Deventer.
