State-of-the-art research and publication of results of this research go hand in hand. It is of importance to communicate the results of research at multiple levels -with a spectrum from other researchers in the field to patient (organisations)- by use of scientific publications and at multiple locations -such as (international) journals and conferences- by use of e.g. poster presentations. The major part of our research is realized within PhD projects. The theses of our PhD students are an essential element of our scientific output.
