Several researchers have visited the research group of Prof Jody Buckwalter in the past years. The interaction is a still ongoing collaboration in the field of osteoarthritis, with a focus on joint distraction. Our director of research has acted as a consultant for two of their long-term research programs on osteoarthritis. And multiple visits of researchers of Iowa to our department have been paid. This collaboration will be enforced in the coming years.
