Change your appointment
Are you unable to come to your appointment or want to reschedule? If so, please let us know as soon as possible. That way we can use the freed up time to help another patient. We are happy to schedule a new appointment with you.
You can change your appointment by phone. You do this with the outpatient clinic where you have the appointment. You can find the contact information on your outpatient clinic page.
