Healthy, tasty and sustainable food is important. For everyone: for you as a patient or visitor to UMC Utrecht, for our employees and students. Healthy food makes you stronger, fitter. When you need to recover, but also when you are healthy. We would like to help you with that! Throughout the hospital you can choose healthy, varied and delicious food. You can visit our restaurants and coffee corners for this. Our vending machines also offer ample choice.
The Brink Restaurant
Restaurant De Brink offers small snacks, bread and a hot meal. There is also a coffee corner. If you do not want to eat in your room, you can ask the food assistant about the possibilities of the so-called restaurant card. For a small fee, your visitors can also eat in the restaurant. You can only pay here by debit card or restaurant card.

Day makes your day! With Day, we offer what you need, any time of day. Barista coffee, fresh sandwiches, healthy snacks and a variety of gift items. Everything to eat right away or take away.
Coffee Corner PIAZZA
At coffee corner PIAZZA you can go for a sandwich, a cake or a smoothie.
Vending machine - Health food wall
For a healthy snack, meals, wraps and various juices you can visit our Health Food Wall 24/7. You can find the vending machine on nursing wards C4, B3, D4, A0, F06 (ICU), on the square between the outpatient clinic and radiology (near the main entrance) and in the WKZ on the 2nd floor near the bridge to the Prinses Máxima Center.

Hair salon
At the hospital there is a hair salon for both women and men. There are various hair accessories for sale in the hair salon, including headscarves and hair bands. Would you like to drop by? Make an appointment by calling +31 88 75 581 70.
