Infection and Global Health - Group van de Wijgert

Janneke van de Wijgert’s group studies the role of the human microbiota (mostly vaginal microbiota) and mucosal immunology on health problems. They incorporate ‘-omics’ and other complex biological data into clinical epidemiological models to study associations with clinical outcomes, as well as the effect of interventions.
