How can you discuss diversity, (unintentional) exclusion and discrimination in the workplace? The All Inclusive game can help with this: on the basis of dilemmas you discuss with each other how to deal with diversity and inclusion within Utrecht University. You notice how you react to situations related, for example, to disability, religion, age or position.

In March, the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Office of Utrecht University will organize the All inclusive game, under the direction of Caspar de Bok. The game involves situations that may be familiar, but also situations that you have not previously associated with exclusion or discrimination. This can lead to unexpected conversations and insights.
This activity is part of the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion month. The Equality, Diversity & Inclusion program of Utrecht University organizes various (online) activities in March, such as lectures and (creative) workshops for students, employees, alumni and other interested parties.
