At this moment, there is no special advise to protect adults or children with weakened immune system due to organ or stem cell transplants, HIV, congenital immune disorder (PID), chemo therapy or immunosuppresive therapy. However, we do advice to keep in mind the below hygiene measures:
- Frequently wash your hands.
- No shaking hands.
- Cough and sneeze into your elbow.
- Use disposable tissues.
- Do not shake hands.
- Try to avoid touching your face (eyes, mouth, nose).

We advice to be careful with social activities in bigger groups and crowded public spaces in areas where spread of the new coronavirus is determined. Also try to avoid contact with people who have respiratory complaints.

Our advice is to take action as you would with any other (respiratory)infection. If necessary, you can contact your treating physician by phone. He/she will discuss the next steps.

Yes. It is very important that you use your medication in the right way. Especially in this situation. Make sure you have medication in home.
