Messenger RNA is becoming more and more promising as a therapeutic vector.We use lipid nanoparticles to efficiently deliver messenger RNA to treat and prevent disease.We currently deliver mrNA-encoded gene-editing proteins for the treatment of inherited diseases, taking full advantage of the transient and highly expressed nature of the mRNA for more efficient and safe gene editing. Our goal is to achieve efficient, accurate and safe gene editing based on mRNAs for the treatment of inherited diseases. We hope that our work will bring hope for a cure for inherited diseases, especially those with rare genetic diseases.
