SUMMA symposium

The SUMMA Symposium will take place for the fifth time in a row! This year’s topic is the Sex and Gender in Medicine: Venus, Mars and Beyond... The event will take place on Tuesday June 18th at the Hijmans van den Berghgebouw, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Sex and gender are current and controversial topics, as they touch upon our identity as individuals. The symposium will explore sex and gender development as well as sex and gender differences in clinical practice and research. Furthermore, with gender reassignment we go beyond the definition of gender.
