Video consultation
A video consultation is an appointment with your practitioner via your own computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You can do this at a place of your own choosing, such as at work or at home.

- For a video consultation, you make an appointment at the outpatient clinic in the way you are used to. You will find the appointment in the My UMC Utrecht patient portal.
- In the navigation bar at the top, click on 'Agenda' and then on 'Video consultation'. At the appointment, click on 'Start video consult' to start your video consult. Note! The button will only become visible one hour before your appointment.
- For video consultations, we work with MS Teams. MS Teams works with a secure connection and is free of charge.
