Peter Gisberts
Bringing over 20 years of corporate experience and an impressive network, Peter Gisberts, pharmacologist by training, and former Global Medical Director for Roche, joined U-TRIAL in 2021 as managing director. As managing director, he changed U-TRIAL to service a support organization for all PIs at the UMC Utrecht through Trial and Innovation Leads (TIL) serving every strategic research objective. He has also managed to secure and strengthen collaborations with research parties like major key Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Pharma Companies, and he was instrumental in securing U-TASK, the Clinical Phase One Unit of the UMC Utrecht serving all the disease areas within the UMC Utrecht.
