Biography

Dr. Dewi Stalpers is a former ICU nurse and since December 2019 working as an assistant professor at the Julius Center (Health Care Innovation and Evaluation), University Medical Center Utrecht. Before she was the project manager of the research program RN2Blend at the Dutch Hospital Association (NVZ). On behalf of a consortium she was the principal applicant for funding of the research program RN2Blend by the Ministry of Health Welfare and Sports in which research is performed on the possibilities of skills level differentiation and role development of nurses in the Netherlands.
