Young Science in Transition (YoungSiT) represents a think-tank of early career academics of the UMC Utrecht, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, TU Delft, University of Twente, and other Dutch universities to advance fair and open research practice in the Netherlands.
YoungSiT has three major goals:
- Raise awareness regarding Open Science, Team Science and Recognition & Rewards;
- Promote engagement of early career researchers in addressing current topics and shaping the research environment accordingly;
- Create concrete actions with and for early career academics.
