Symposium From Genetics to Surgery: Translational Advances in Pancreatic Cancer
Maandag 12 oktober 2026 verzorgt de afdeling pathologie van het UMC Utrecht naar aanleiding van de promotie van Michael Johannes Pflüger een symposium over klinisch en translationeel onderzoek naar pancreascarcinoom. Dit symposium is bedoeld voor zowel geïnteresseerde onderzoekers en clinici, zoals pathologen, chirurgen, oncologen, MDL-artsen en radiotherapeuten.

Het symposium vindt plaats in het Auditorium in het Q gebouw, UMC Utrecht (Heidelberglaan 100, 3584CX, Utrecht).

Bij de hoofdingang van het UMC Utrecht door de draaideur rechtdoor en volg het routebordje Q. Aan het eind van deze gang (t-splitsing) sla rechts af en blijf het bordje Q volgen. Voor de liften sla rechts af, daarna direct naar links, weer bordje Q volgen. Linker gang aanhouden en het bordje Auditorium volgen. Deze gang tot het eind doorlopen. Aan het einde rechtsaf.

At the main entrance of UMC Utrecht, go through the revolving door and continue straight ahead, following the sign for route Q. At the end of this corridor (T-junction), turn right and continue following the sign for route Q. Before the elevators, turn right, then immediately left, and follow the sign for route Q again. Keep to the left corridor and follow the sign for the Auditorium. Walk to the end of this corridor. At the end, turn right.

- Het UMC Utrecht is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.
- Vanaf Utrecht CS rijden zeer regelmatig buslijn 28 en tram 22 naar De Uithof/UMC.
- U stapt dan uit bij de halte AZU, de reis duurt ongeveer 20 min.

- U kunt het beste parkeren in de parkeergarage van het UMC Utrecht (locatie Academisch Ziekenhuis Utrecht). Vanaf de Universiteitsweg wordt deze parkeergarage aangegeven op de borden.
- Ook is er een P&R op het Science Park naast de A28. Er rijdt om de 8 minuten een bus (28) en een tram van de P&R naar het WKZ, het UMC Utrecht richting Utrecht CS. Vanaf de P&R is het UMC Utrecht de 2e halte.
