On a visit

Preparation

We ask you to bring your proof of identity and proof of insurance with you when you visit the day treatment center. Please ensure that you bring your daily medication and, for example, tube feeding yourself.

Visit or bring someone along to day treatment

For some treatments, you will receive medication after which you are no longer allowed to drive yourself. In that case, it is important that someone accompanies you to the hospital. We will discuss with you in advance whether this applies to you.

Because patients in day treatment are vulnerable, we ask your companions to wait in the waiting area or to arrange a time for you to be picked up.

Your escort can use the toilets behind counter 37.

Healthcare providers

A permanent nursing team works in the day treatment unit. They receive support from medical specialists, care assistants, dietary assistants, and cleaning staff.
