Biography
I completed the Nutrition and Dietetics program in Groningen in 2004 and the Master's in Nutrition and Health in Wageningen in 2006. Since 2009, I have been working as a dietitian within the oncology team, specializing in head and neck cancer. I completed my doctoral research in 2024. Since 2025, I have been Vice-Chair of the National Working Group of Oncology Dietitians.
Scientific research
I am currently involved in research aimed at improving nutritional and exercise care for people with cancer and the transition to sustainable nutrition in hospitals.
